PRESIDENT AND Chief Executive Officer
Matt Redlon was appointed Chief Executive Officer in May, 2011, previously serving as the company’s chief technology officer since 2006. Matt is Clario’s product visionary and led the team that created the Clario marketing analytics solution suite. In his current role as CEO, Matt provides corporate and product strategy, marketing, sales and operational leadership. In previous roles at United Health Group and Fingerhut he held leadership positions in information technology, product development and management, and corporate strategy. Matt has a MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and MIS from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Economics.
Chief Financial Officer
John is a seasoned software technology executive and serves as Clario’s Chief Financial Officer. John has experience in both Fortune 500 and small growth companies, having held significant leadership roles at Datacard Group and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and President at EmpowerMX. John has served on the Board of Directors of numerous technology and non-profit companies and is currently serving on Clario's Board as Treasurer as well as on the Boards of Dangerous Man Brewing Company and the non-profit Affordable Homes for All. John is a Honors graduate of Central Michigan University (accounting and economics) and earned his CPA from the State of Minnesota.
Vice President, Marketing
As Clario’s Vice President of Marketing, Jason is responsible for ensuring all specialty retailers know Clario Analytics and the benefits of each of our solutions. No small task, but one for which he is well equipped. In 1999 Jason founded Catalyst Studios, one of the first user-centric interactive marketing firms in the midwest. After building a successful agency by crafting stand-out, strategic marketing initiatives for marketing innovators including Target, Medtronic, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Ameriprise and the University of MN, his agency was acquired in early 2013. Jason has a BFA with a Design focus from Minnesota State Moorhead.
Vice President, Sales
Phil is a proven information technology sales executive and is Clario’s Vice President of Sales. As the executive responsible for sales and business development, he provides vision and sales leadership for Clario’s growing list of multi-channel retail clients. Previously with Iconoculture, a consumer research firm, and Dow Jones (Marketwatch division), he delivered solid revenue growth and forged important strategic relationships. Phil has a MBA in MIS and Finance from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Mathematics from Indiana University.
Vice President, Client Operations
Carrie is a veteran marketer with significant analytics experience and is Clario’s Vice President of Client Operations. Prior to Clario Analytics, Carrie was the director of circulation and customer analytics for Staples.com, where she played a key role in driving Staples.com growth. Carrie also held previous senior management and consulting positions responsible for marketing strategy, advanced targeting techniques and customer analytics with companies including American Airlines, Blair, L.L. Bean, and Verizon. Carrie has a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College.
Vice President, Engineering
Chris Alme is an experienced software architect and developer and is Clario’s Vice President of Engineering. Chris has over 15 years’ experience in web-based application technologies and technical management. Chris is responsible for both the operational availability of the Clario platform and ongoing development activities. Prior to joining Clario, Chris held senior development roles at established firms such as American Express and Digital River, as well as being a co-founder and lead software architect for two healthcare technology startups. Chris has a BA from the University of Wisconsin (Eau Claire).
