Marketing: Content Strategist

We have a unique opportunity for a marketing guru with fantastic writing skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Clario is considered a trusted advisor to our clients in the marketing analytics space, working closely with retail executives to answer tough marketing questions through best practices, rich expertise, and a truly unique platform.

As a trusted advisor, we are expanding our role to also provide excellent marketing analytics resources and content to specialty retail executives. Our vision is to be the trusted source for content to help educate and inform.

This role has primarily two focuses.

First, we’re looking for someone who can keep in touch with both our current and potential clients, sharing relevant content on an ongoing basis. This may include:

• Building individualized contact strategies to ensure we’re sharing relevant content with the right people/positions.
• Researching clients and potential clients to better understand their specific challenges.
• Identifying relevant content from other sources.

Second, helping craft and execute our content strategy. This may include:

• Identifying opportunities for new content.
• Working with our subject matter experts to write new insights on a bi-weekly basis.
• Crafting response insights to other relevant content providers.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing/journalism.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including grammar, editing, and ability to adapt message style and tone.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

Associate Optimization Analyst

Clario Analytics is looking for talented and highly motivated Associate Optimization Analysts. Be a part of the entrepreneurial team applying mathematical rigor, deep industry expertise and pioneering software to revolutionize the direct marketing industry. In this entry-level position you will play a critical role in the operational support of leading multichannel retailers using our marketing contact optimization software and services.

Job Description:

• Execute operational process of optimizing marketing contacts for external clients across multiple channels including print, email, SEO, SEM, affiliates, etc.
  • Assist in configuring data for new clients
  • Format input files for optimization
  • Load marketing campaign data
  • Run optimization scenarios
  • Generate standard reports and export to Excel
  • Run and review audit reports to verify data inputs, process integrity and data outputs
  • Document and track scenarios for each client
• Execute operational process of scoring predictive models, as inputs to optimization.
• Utilize Clario Core, our proprietary software-as-a-service analytics software.
• Communicate well with internal and external individuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, social sciences.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving and quantitative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills in order to work with internal and external individuals; strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to learn and work with a variety of software and analytical tools.
